Focus Form
The steps for the "Focus Form":
Opening Bow - Bring both hands up into an X block position above your head - right hand towards you, hands open. Bring your hands down as you close your hands turn your hands palms in knuckles towards you, hands should be just below your belt. Bend elbow before you push down block with your right hand on top of left, continuing in a circular motion extending your arms out in front then above your head and back down just below the belt using a palm pressing block with both hands. Bring arms up parrallel to the floor level with your shoulders, extend arms out and round into set position and finish with a bow.
#1 - Step forward with your left foot into a walking stance as you high block with your left hand follow the high block with a reverse punch with your right hand. From the reverse punch step forward with your right foot as you double side pressing block to both sides. Slide your feet together (left to right) as you inner forarm block with your right hand. Turning kick with your front (right) leg as you land into a sitting stance performing a low block with your right arm.
#2 - Slide right leg back into walking stance and chop with your right hand to the front followed by a reverse punch with your left hand changing your walking stance to the front. Take your right hand and high block with your hand open (knife hand position) as you throw an inverted knife hand chop to the front with the left hand. Back leg front kick with your left foot advancing. As you land with your left foot left hand will shoot out into a knife hand block position and right hand will sit against your chest parallel to the ground in a knife hand block position.
#3 - Slide left leg back into walking stance and Chop with your left hand to the front pivot reverse punch with your right hand changing your walking stance to the front. Shift your stance back to right leg walking as your hand comes around push down block with your left hand. Shift into a walking stance to the front as your left hand draws back underneath your right hand as you do a vertical reverse punch. Throw a back leg sidekick with your right foot landing in a sitting stance performing a low block with the right hand.
Closing Bow - Bring feet together as you double outward block, step out into a sitting stance as you double low block. Slide your feet to shoulder width apart as you bring your hands back to a chamber position. Shoot both hands straight out in front of you in a fist, bend elbow and spear hand straight out in front, slide hands to set stance to end the form. Bow
Power Form
Same Opening Bow as Focus Form
Combo #1 - Look to your left as you step with your left foot performing a left leg walking stance high block with your left hand, reverse punch with your right hand. Turn to the front performing a right leg walking stance, reverse punch with your left hand. Step back with your right foot into a rear foot stance as you shoot your hand into a high x block. Uncross your hands as knife chop down beside you. Bring your hands into a guard stance as you front kick with your left foot. Immediately after putting your left foot down back leg axe kick, spin anti-clockwise as you chop with your left hand and reverse punch with your right hand into a walking stance. Draw up into a crance stance (right leg behind left knee) going forward as you bring your right arm back to chamber and your left hand supporting the left hand position against your ribs. From the crane stance step your right foot forward as you throw an inverted punch with your right hand. Slide left foor to right performing a hooking punch with right hand. Right leg turning kick low, middle then high landing in sitting stance performing a knifehand guarding block.
Combo #2 - Look to your right and move your right foot into a left leg walking stance to the front, chop with your right hand. Switch your stance to a right leg walking as you pivot around and perform a reverse punch with your left hand. Cross your left leg behind right foot as you outward block with your right hand in front of you and downward block with your left hand behind you (done at the same time). Throw a front leg sidekick (with your right foot) land knife hand block. Look to your left as you make adjustment step with your left foot. Chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand in left leg walking stance. Lean back on your right leg as you back chop with your left hand step forward with your right foot as you elbow smash. (Right elbow meets left hand chop). Left foot crosses behind spin out chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand in left leg walking stance.
Combo #3 - Turn to the back fixed stance low knife hand block. Go into a right leg walking stance left hand chop followed by right hand reverse punch as you twist into left leg walking stance, right hand to chest and chop step to right leg walking stance left hand reverse punch. Left leg x stance behing right performing right hand middle block. step back to walking stance reverse punch, step turn to right hand reverse punch in left leg walking stance.

Intensity Form combo 1
Double finger tip x-strike, circle round from left to right, bring feet together slide arms across shoulders step right foot out on a 45 degree angle double straight arm chop. Circle arms bring feet together low strike palm up, switch hand to palm strike down. Right leg side kick (on 45 degree) land walking stance right hand low block, right hand high block reverse punch left arm. Chop to left then switch stance to left walking performing right reverse fingertip thrust, left hand chop, right hand reverse punch, step right leg forward, reverse punch in right leg walking stance. Step right leg back into left leg walking stance, right hand palm strike, left hand open hand high block. Pivot on back foot; step back and turn 360 degrees finish with right leg forward right hand low chop. Jump switch right leg axe kick, jump spinning hook kick, land facing left hand side in sitting stance performing left inner forarm block. Step left foot to front in walking stance, reverse punch right arm. left leg advancing scissor kick, right leg jumping front kick, spin chop punch.
Intensity Form combo 2
Look to your right 45 step on the 45 with your right foot, cross over with your left foot, as you step out with your right foot high block with your right hand and reverse punch with your left hand in a right leg walking stance. Right hand extends out as you chop across your body till your right hand retracts to the left shoulder, from there right hand extends out again and chops followed by left hand reverse punch. Slide your right foot to your left foot and step your left foot out as your outward block with your left hand and punch down on the 45-degree angle with your right hand. Staying in this position bring your hands across your body as you shift your stance followed by switching your hand position so right hand is now doing the outward block and left hand is now doing the downward punch on the 45 degree angle. Bring your hands back to your left side and shift your stance once again so that when your done your right hand is doing the palm press block, left hand is under right elbow, continue the right hand rolling and back knuckle with same hand down and roll threw until the right hand (Arms should form an L shape). Turn right and bring your left knee down to the ground as you shoot your right hand behind your knife hand chop, left hand will come across your chest and rest in a knife hand position in front of your right shoulder. Turn to the left as you shift so that your right knee is down, not your left, swing your arm around and down as you do right hand ridge hand on the downward diagonal. Stand up stepping up with your right foot first and perform a right leg walking stance, left arm reverse punch. Right hand extends out and points and brings down into a knife hand position. Multiple Kick Sequence with the right leg- turning kick to the right and left 45 followed by turning kick to the center. As you put your right foot down you’re going to spin anti-clockwise chop to the front, left leg walking stance reverse punch with the right hand.
Intensity Form combo 3
Bring your left foot back to your foot as you step back with your right foot bring your hands up in a single knifehand to the left 45. Spin anti-clockwise, once your facing the direction in which you started spinning, left hand should extended out chop followed quickly with a reverse punch whilst perfoerming a left leg walking stance. Your right foot cross in front of your left foot and right arm chops. Spin anti-clockwise again doing another chop punch combination (left hand chops, right hand punches as before). Step forward with your right foot to the corner and turn towards the back left corner of the room, as you land in a rear foot stance you perform a high x block open handed. Uncross your hands as you shoot them down to your side, spin anti-clockwise, chop with your left hand landing in left leg walking stance and reverse punch with your right hand. Skip front scissor kick with your left leg followed by back leg turning kick with your right leg. As your right leg comes down continue to spin anti-clockwise and throw a right leg 180 degreee kick. Continue to spin until your shoulders get squared to the corner and left hand chop in left leg walking stance to right hand reverse punch. Step out to the same corner with your right foot as you set up the single knife hand pose back to the front still on 45.
Intensity Form combo 4
Starting from knife hand pose slide your right foot up to your left foot, then step out with your left foot as you high block with your left hand, landing in left leg walking stance, pivot reverse punch. Turn to your right 45-left reverse punch in a right leg walking stance, turn back to your left 45-palm strike in left leg walking stance. Look to the front step forward with your right foot as you perform left hand reverse punch in right leg walking stance. Chamber your hands back in as you step forward with your left foot into walking stance, high block with your left hand, reverse punch with your right hand. Bring your right hand back to your left shoulder and extend right arm out and chop to the front. Quickly switch stance and reverse punch, spin anti-clockwise, land in left leg walking stance performing left arm chop and right arm reverse punch in quick succession. Bring your hands above your head as you x block and bring them down into a ready position.
Premier Form
Opening Bow
As you step your right leg to the side you perform a high x block above your head with knifehand. Bring your hands down below your belt and low x block with a knifehand. Bring your right arm up performing a knifehand outer forarm block in front of your face as you left arm supports under right forarm. Repeat on opposite side. Turn 45 degrees to the right in a right leg walking stance, bring your right hand onto your ribs and perform a low knifehand to the left (all done at the same time). Switch walking stance to the left and perform a reverse punch with thumb turned upwards and support arm by placing left hand under right elbow. Slide right foot to left foot, shoot right arm up and left arm down and continue in a big circle and let arms meet together resting left arm on top of right. Step left bringing right hand onto ribs and left hand strikes down to the side.
Premier section 1
Turn left 45 degrees into left leg walking stance and chop with left hand. Reverse punch on the spot. Step right leg to the front and reverse punch left arm. As you strike out to the front with a right hand inverted fingertip thrust the left armchambers onto the right shoulder. Left arm chop bringing right hand onto ribs. Right arm reverse punch stepping forward into left leg walking stance. Turn 90 degrees to the right into right leg walking stance, chop to the side right arm supporting right elbow with left open hand. Chamber body back to the left then right on one continuous motion but reversing the right arm chop to the hand being palm up. Turn back 90 degrees to left into left leg walking stance and perform a right arm palm pressing block in front of the groin as you chamber left hand to the ribs. As you switch the stance back 90 degrees to the right the left arm punches out to the left (thimb upwards), right hand high open handed knifehand above the head (both moves at same time). Switch back to left leg walking stance and open handed back fist to the left hand. Slide right leg back to a fixed stance as you bring right hand back to the ribs and left hand performs a low open handed knifehand strike. Spin anti clockwise 360 degrees landing in left leg walking stance, left arm chop and right arm reverse punch. Perform back leg twist kick to the front landing leg forwards, step left leg forwards and perform a jump spinning hook kick landing in sitting stance and striking in front of body with left arm inner forarm block. Stand tall and low block open handed knifehand strike with left arm and high open handed knifehand above head.
Kicking Combos 1-3
All the first three combos have the same basic movements with a different kick for each combo; the basics are: left leg #3 kick, right leg #2 kick, right leg #3 kick, left leg #2 kick, jab cross.
